Marathon Training has started
So legs are working – conditioning has started – bring on DCM2016
Onto week two of my marathon training. it all about condition the body at the moment so on easy 2 and 4 mile runs 4 times a week. Still missing a sponsor however for a decent GPS running watch but hoping to get something tied up soon.
I had Dylan out with me last week and he was great to run with although the youth in him was running way too fast. but he did 3 miles off the bat and then went back out to play with barley a sweat broken.
Back on my running diet of mainly crackers and Tune Fish on a daily basis with a decent meal for dinner and oat porridge for breakfast. already seeing the benefits of this as spent a few weeks prior to xmas eating rubbish. Slimmed down and feel more refreshed already so its a good start.
Now onto more running tomorrow/wednesday/friday and sunday and hope the bones and muscles remain intact.

It aims to pull together the wider community of affected children in Ireland as well as raise public awareness of childhood arthritis. It endeavours to ensure that all Irish children receive the minimum standard of medical care recommended for children with juvenile arthritis as set out by the World Health Organisation .
