The Boy with the Magic Hat &
So 2016 is shaping up to be a big year for a variety of reasons
My wife is always commenting on the amount of ideas I go through. I am always on the lookout for something new and this is what led to the creation of Diary of a Working Dad. The websites i have run and created in the past that have gone by the wayside have been a valuable learning experience and help shape the way i run this site. This has been by far and away the best site I have ever created and its going so well so in many ways, Thank You all for stopping by.
In 2016 I have a massive year coming up for the family, we have:-
- A Wedding
- Trip of a lifetime to Australia
- Making the blog bigger and better
- Becoming a published author
- Run 2016 Dublin City Marathon
The wedding will be a small but life changing event for a member of the family, so deserving in finding happiness and we wish them the very best of times. Australia is coming up fast. savings are well under way and I hope to have everything done and dusted in late April early may. Take off in late June and we have our MoleSkine journal to document our adventures.
The blog is growing, we are getting noticed all over the place. I receive regular emails from companies looking for me to review products. I have new readers every day from all over the world, and I hope to post at lease 4 blog entries weekly and will see where it leads. I was even asked to write a piece in the Easy Parenting magazine based on this little blog, Amazing!
Becoming a published author is something I have been planning for a long time and now I have finally done it. I was always nervous of doing this and to be honest none of my family even know I have created these stories let alone that they are live on Amazon for sale. I created The Boy with the Magic Hat &… A series of adventures of Liam a 6yr old boy that gets whisked away on magical adventures when he puts on his magic hat. Its taken a while to get this far and I have taken a big leap to publish first on Kindle platform but working with a few publishers to get these printed. These are aimed at 3-7 year olds and can be read to them as a bedtime story or when you want a quiet time with the kids. If you’re interested you can read for free on Kindle by clicking the button below. If you feel inclined you can leave a comment on Amazon.
